Heather began her career in the music and events industry, working with International acts as Head of Touring for 19 Entertainment. She has produced shows and festivals across the world, focusing on production as well as the end-to-end fan experience (communications, digital interaction, ticket sales, event based fan engagement, post-event fan interaction). Heather specialises in customer experience design and review, having worked extensively across mega events and with global brands. Her recent experience has designed the end to end customer experience for Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience, including the creation of bespoke merchandise and food & beverage offering for ~1m guests.
