Jon Bausor studied at Oxford University before training on the Motley theatre design course. He designed the opening ceremony of the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.

As an associate artist of the Royal Shakespeare Company he has designed numerous productions including HamletKing LearThe Winter’s Tale and the entire 2012 season.
